To deliver your package, you can use the Courier service to deliver to your address. If you provide an address to work, don’t forget to include the company name. We will choose the best and most reliable carrier service in your region.

To deliver your package, you can find your nearest Z-point to pick up your parcel.

Products availability
Product availability information can vary depending on the actual stock quantity. In the case, a customer ordered goods marked as ” in stock” and they will not be currently in stock, we will contact you immediately.
Dispatch Information
We send the goods within 2 working days. If the goods are written “sold out”, the goods are currently sold out.

Payment by credit card – non-cash payment
You can pay for your order by card online. When the order is completed, you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We fully support 3-D secure transactions provided by Visa and Mastercard.
We do not charge any fees associated with payments.
Cash on delivery
Payment upon receipt of goods. If you have chosen cash on delivery when ordering, the carrier will ask you for cash before hand over the parcel in the amount which should correspond to the amount confirmed in the order confirmation.

Returns
Returns
ANY items(s) purchased online that you don’t love may be returned within 14 days. If you need to return a product to us, contact our Customer Services and provide the order number. Customer Services will be happy to advise you on how best to proceed and arrange the shipment.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport damage from occurring.
