Most of each formula contains natural ingredients. However, we need to use synthetic cosmetic quality ingredients to create vibrant colors and beautiful scents in some of our products.

Synthetic ingredients are alternatives to natural ingredients that give some properties to our formulas that can help with the consistency, quality, and condition of products so they can last longer and lengthen the shelf life. Furthermore, they can be less harmful to the environment.

Definitely! We love animals, and it is essential for us to stay cruelty-free. All products are made of carefully sourced ingredients making sure they are not derived from a living being. Our bath and body vegetarian products can include animal-derived elements like beeswax, honey, or lanolin, which were not obtained by animal slaughter. They have benefits for skincare products because they are organic.

Some of our beauty products are vegan friendly as well. That means they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients at all.

Our products have a shelf life of about 12-24 months. If they are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher for longer.

Our products are tested rigorously to ensure they do not stain skin or a standard bath. However, this is wholly dependant upon the material your bath is made of. We recommend breaking off a small part of each new bath bomb and testing it in an inconspicuous area first. We will not be held liable for any discoloration caused by our bath bombs.

Our products use ingredients such as sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, and Shea butter. We do our best to keep all raw product from touching other bath products but they are all made in the same facility, and we do not guarantee a nut-free product on any of our bath products.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to return your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.

We ship all products the same or a next day after the order is placed.
We try to ship orders from closest warehouse locations, and we use premium parcel service to minimize the waiting time for our beautiful goods.

If the order contains goods that are out of stock, it will take something between 2-4 weeks to make and send fresh products to the destination.

If products are in stock, it can take from 24 hours to few days depending on location. If the order contains gifts that must be delivered until a certain time, please contact us on [email protected] with the order number to confirm the delivery date.

We use international parcel service for European countries. For the rest of the world, we use post country post services.
