50% of consumer products contain palm oil. The rapid expansion of palm plantations destroys native wildlife such as orangutan due to massive deforestation in Indonesia and Malaysia. Rainforest is cut down every minute. If this trend continues endangered species will be completely extinct thanks to palm oil production.

There is an alternative to palm oil and it is rapeseed, coconut oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, sunflower oil, shea butter or cocoa butter.
